"Jeans Stories - Racconti di vita di un jeans" è il frutto di un progetto avviato nel 2010 da Federmoda con il supporto della Camera di Commercio e sviluppato in collaborazione con DeN Store e NABA.
Noi giovani stilisti dell'accademia abbiamo creato una collezione di capi e accessori, utilizzando gli scarti degli orli e dei vecchi jeans provenienti dai negozi DeN store, che sarà svelata il 24 novembre nelle sale del Palazzo Giureconsulti a Milano.
La collezione in denim è il risultato della seconda parte del progetto-workshop: dalla prima, di ricerca e studio, è invece nato "Jeans Stories: il manuale del denim",nel quale, non solo abbiamo raccontato la storia del jeans, ma abbiamo anche spiegato le sue lavorazioni, lavaggi, colorazione ecc...
